While we hope you adore your selections, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of eligible items in their original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that exclusions apply (see below). Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Additionally, all returns exceeding $100 will incur a 30% restocking fee, while items under $100 will be subject to a flat $25 restocking fee. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Is my Item eligible for return?
Not all items on our site qualify for returns. To check if your item is returnable, refer to the product detail page under the “Returns” section. Returns will not be accepted for the following:

How do I Initiate a return?
To ensure a smooth return process, please keep your item's original packaging and submit a return request within 7 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization (RA). Follow these steps to request a return:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with the necessary RA number within five business days. You will then have 14 days to send the item back.
⚠️ Returns without an RA number or those shipped beyond the 14-day return period will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Original packaging is required for all returns. Items must be returned from the original shipping address.
How will I receive my refund?
We offer two refund options for returns:

Store Credit: Receive a Marisol Gullo Interiors store credit for the item’s purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit never expires.

Original Payment Method: Refunds can be processed back to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
📌 Please Note: If we observe an unusual return pattern, we reserve the right to refuse or limit future transactions and returns at our discretion.
Why do we charge a restocking fee?
Handling returns involves extensive labor, processing time, and logistical costs. Many returned items are not repackaged to factory standards or sustain damage during transit, making them unsellable. The restocking fee covers these operational expenses and helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our inventory.
